Prior to founding Questbridge Business Consultancy, he spent several years as the lead M & A analyst for a regional energy retailer in Dallas, Texas. In this capacity he performed over 150 company valuations and was intimately involved in the execution of over 35 acquisitions resulting in a company whose enterprise value rose from $7M to nearly $100M during the “roll-up” period. Additionally, he has provided M & A support and leadership for over a dozen other transactions for multiple companies in the following industries:

He also served as Director of Supply and Distribution for a $100M company responsible for all commodities purchasing, futures trading, and hedging strategies using financial derivatives such as swaps and options.
